ALL YOU NEED IS INSIDE

Redwood Flow Studio offers Inside Flow.
What is INSIDE FLOW?
Inside Flow is a unique and playful choreographed form of Vinyasa flow. It is a sequence of asanas performed in sync with the rhythm of a song. Join Gola, Humboldt County's first official Inside Flow teacher, as you flow through yoga postures to the beat of the music. Experience a deeper sense of connection through breath, movement and inner awareness.
~ Key Elements of Inside Flow ~
Music as a Guide: The rhythm of the music dictates the pace and intensity of the flow. Flow slow and meditative to fast-paced and energetic, the rhythm becomes your internal compass.
Choreographed Sequences: Each song has a corresponding flow sequence designed to match the musics's rhythm and energy. This creates a harmonious and immersive experience.
Focus on Flow: Inside Flow prioritizes the transitions between poses. This dynamic flow helps build strength, flexibility, and balance.
Mind-Body Connection: The combination of physical movement and music creates a deep connection between the mind and body, promoting mindfulness and stress reduction.
A session will last approximately one hour and prior vinyasa yoga experience is strongly recommended. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat and water. Click button below to reserve your spot!
